Imported from The Netherlands, this is a gorgeous shirt/dress weight woven with a cottony drape. The adorable kitties graphic is great for kids, and this one features black and soft white on a cool aqua mint background (PANTONE 12-4609, etc.). OekoTex certified for non-toxic dyes or chemicals.
