The base fabric is winter white, and the black, sparkly eyelash fibers form the simple plaid (7.5" x 6.25" repeat). It has a weave of thicker and thinner yarns to create a slightly open basketweave texture with gorgeous drape and a soft hand. It is a medium suiting weight and light peeks through a bit, but it's nearly opaque.
