Italian 2-ply silk plisse' doublecloth - pink blush 1.25 yds

From a CA designer and made in Italy, this is an EXQUISITE fabric, so delicate and heavenly! The fabric is made up of two layers of sheer plisse', giving it an airy, floaty ambiance. One layer has a tighter plisse' while the reverse has a slightly wider "rib" (both sides are shown below), and the pleating is loosely held in place because the layers are sewn together, making it a true doublecloth. Because the layers are so sheer, it's best not to try to separate the layers. The color is a heavenly pink blush (PANTONE 13-1406 is close). It is drapey and semi-sheer, and perfect for a blouse, top, tunic, scarf, or an overlayer for a dress or skirt. Dry cleaning is probably best. LAST PIECE, 1.25 yds.
