CA designer 'soutache' print - navy chevron

From a CA designer, this is a fabulous soutache-style embroidered fabric, a drapey, lightweight and semi-sheer woven with ribbony strips embroidered onto the fabric in a swirling pattern to create a subtle, dimensional look. The fabric has a navy and white chevron graphic (PANTONE 19-3920). The overall effect gives the fabric extra dimension and movement. It is perfect for a fun and feminine blouse, skirt or dress. Some styles may need lining or layering. Test first if you wish to hand wash, and hang to dry.
