This is a wonderful cotton stretch woven (15% stretch in the width only), printed with a polkadot print with 1.25" wide dark navy dots on a white ground (PANTONE 19-3925). The fabric is medium weight with a cottony crispness and a smooth matte texture. Perfect for a fitted jacket or dress, skirt, capris, tunic, etc. If you would like to hand or machine wash, please test first. MINOR FLAW, 1 yard. (Dark mark near navy polka dot 23.5" in from selvedge and at .375 yard mark.)
