NY designer gathered selvage poly chiffon skirt fabric 1.5 yd

Fantastic pre-gathered skirt/dress/blouse fabric from a NY designer! The gathered, elasticized waistband goes along one selvage (this is the selvage we measure when you order---CAUTION: don't order too much! One yard, or even .75 yards should be enough for most bodies. Think of what your measurement would be for in elastic in a waistband), and decorative sequins are sewn on along where the gathered area ends. The fabric is a printed poly chiffon with a lovely stylized paisley/floral in tones of magenta, light coral, lemon, white, etc. (PANTONE 17-2617, 14-1521, 12-0736, etc.). Fabric shown on dress form with gathered selvage at the top, so show how you would cut your garment. Make a fantastic dress, skirt or tunic with little effort. SO cool... have fun with it!!
