This is a beautiful quality black cotton/silk voile has a raised velvet dot and a very slight mechanical stretch in the width. It is lightweight and sheer, with a floaty, soft drape. Great for scarf, blouse, shirt, tunic, etc. Some projects will require lining. Dry clean or test first for hand washing in cold water, hang to dry. LAST PIECE, .75 yds.
