From David Meister, this is a stunning black reembroidered, double-scalloped lace with a floral design on a sheer netting that has a whispery shadow lace motif underneath the reembroidered floral motif, giving the lace a layered an dimensional look that is quite wonderful. It's lightweight with a somewhat crisp drape, with pretty scalloped selvedges, and I have photographed it on a white background to show the design and the drape. It's perfect for an overlay for a skirt, top, dress, tunic etc., for a special occasion. Dry clean or test first if you wish to hand wash at home.
