This is a fantastic printed stretch cotton woven (15% stretch in the width only), with bright and vivid coloring that reminds me of Van Gogh -- but without the angst! Colors include sky, pink, red, emerald, marigold, etc. (PANTONE 15-2216, 14-1159, 19-1663, 18-5621, 16-4535, etc.). It's more crisp than drapey, lightweight but opaque, and it's perfect for summery shirts, sundress, pouffy skirt, etc. Test first: Machine wash cool, hang to dry.
