'leather look' ribbon applique' fancy mesh - black

Another super modern and fashion forward version of an applique' mesh fabric! The base fabric is a fine honeycomb mesh, a fine, open mesh (top photo is on a black background--bottom photo on white). The leather-look applique' ribbons create a criss-cross wavy pattern, and overall the fabric is . drapey with body, it's medium-light weight and see-through where the applique doesn't cover the open mesh. The color is black, and it has about 15% mechanical stretch in the width only. Use as you would a lace; best for an evening outfit with a cool and urban edge. So cool. Dry clean or hand wash recommended by the manufacturer. (The mesh is 55" wide, but the applique area covers 50".)
