Just in with a shipment well-priced wools from Italy, this is a beautiful wool and cotton gauze-like fabric with a very slightly textured surface. It has a very interesting and beautiful weave that resembles herringbone, and it's so soft and drapey, semi-sheer but not flimsy--it has some substance to it. The color is a tweedy charcoal (PANTONE 18-0503 is close) and it has a more casual, bohemian look. Make an infinity scarf, drapey tops and blouses, gathered skirt, tunic top, dress, etc. Same on both sides. Some styles may need lining or layering. Dry clean or test first if you wish to hand wash at home.
