Italian fancy scrollwork textured brocade - blue 1.9 yd

From a CA designer and made in Italy, this is an elegant textured brocade, a medium weight wool blend suiting weight with a more firm yet supple drape and a very sophisticated scrollwork design (26" vertical repeat, 16.5" horizontal repeat). There are boucle'-like areas and more reflective areas, and there are different weaves in the design that cause the light to hit in different ways---quite a beautiful effect! The photo makes it look like the colors change but they don't---they are consistent throughout the fabric. Colors are medium blue metallic and dusty blue-gray with a dark navy underpinning (PANTONE 19-4026, 16-4044 are about as close as I can find) and it is perfect for a simple evening coat or jacket, suit, fitted dress or skirt.
