From designer deadstock and made in France, this is a 100% silk woven in a soft and floaty blouseweight. Lightweight yet nearly opaque with a plain weave, soft drape and no stretch. The "abstract woodblock" design (11.5" repeat) features a high-contrast palette of soft black, orange and pale pink. Perfect for artistic blouses, drapey shirts, dresses, skirts, etc. The design is almost as saturated on the reverse, so it would make a very pretty scarf or shawl as well. Hand or machine wash gentle, in cold water and hang to dry (please test first).
