From Italian designer deadstock, this is a lovely quality cotton stretch woven, a shirting weight that is nearly opaque with a bit of cottony crispness in the soft drape and 10% stretch in the LENGTH only. The yarn-dyed stripe pattern has a .875" repeat and the stripes run widthwise. So, if you cut your pattern with the stripes running vertically through your garment, your garment will have stretch in the width. The colors are granite green and ivory (PANTONE 18-5611 but more subdued, 11-4301). Perfect for a shirt, top, tunic, shirt dress, skirt, pajamas, etc. Hand or machine wash, hang to dry or tumble low (please test first).
