Dutch digital 'tulip spring' viscose knit, Oeko-Tex cert. - ultramarine 1.5 yds

This is a VISCOSE/spandex print imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is excellent, soft and drapey, with about 40% stretch in the width and length. It is lightweight yet opaque and has a soft hand and a matte finish. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The "tulip spring" print has a 8" vertical repeat and features jubilant shades of fuchsia, rose, daylily, indigo, iris, banana, pine green, etc. on an ultramarine background (PANTONE 19-3950, 17-2624, 16-1459, 19-3952, 17-5923, etc.). Make a great tee, top, tunic, skirt, dress, lightweight cardigan, etc. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash warm, hang to dry. Please test first. 1.5 yds.
