French metallic floral jacquard woven - wisteria/pewter/brass 1 yard

This is a stunning jacquard woven from French designer deadstock, an eye-catching eveningwear fabric with a smooth surface texture, in a versatile light-medium weight. The woven-in floral design (17.75" repeat) features wisteria, pewter, charcoal and brass (PANTONE 15-3508, 18-0503, 14-4103, 15-0646, etc.) in a blend of matte and metallic fibers. The reverse carries the same design with an inverted color scheme (shown in the image with the ruler). It is an opaque dressweight or light suiting weight with some crispness in the drape. There is some widthwise mechanical stretch, about 8% in the width only. Best for an evening or special occasion garment with structure, such as a tailored jacket, sheath dress, pouffy skirt, kimono, etc. Dry clean only. 1 yard.
