Dutch digital 'peacock plume' VISCOSE knit Oeko-Tex cert. 2 yd

This is a VISCOSE/spandex print imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is excellent, soft and drapey, with about 30% stretch in the width and length. It is lightweight yet opaque and has a soft hand and a matte finish. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The "peacock plume" print has a 22.5" repeat and features shades of deep teal, crimson, kelly green, pine green, lake blue, mango, etc. (PANTONE 18-4018, 17-1654, 18-4244, 16-6138, etc.). Make a great tee, top, tunic, leggings, skirt, dress, cardigan, etc. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash warm, hang to dry. Please test first. 2 yds.
