Dutch digital 'blue tide' VISCOSE knit Oeko-Tex cert. 1.75 yds

This is a VISCOSE/spandex print imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is excellent, soft and drapey, with about 50% stretch in the width. It is lightweight yet opaque and has a soft hand and a matte finish. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The "blue tide" print has a 13.5" repeat, and features navy, aqua, indigo, dusty blue, midnight and white tones (PANTONE 16-3920, 15-4421, 19-3950, 18-3943, etc.). Make a great tee, top, tunic, skirt, dress, etc. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash warm, hang to dry. Please test first. 1.75 yds.
