French jacquard doubleknit - chili/teal graphic

This eye-catching, yarn-dyed jacquard doubleknit made in France, has equal stretch in the length and width (about 40%), so it could be cut with or across the grain. It is medium weight and opaque with nice drape that has some body, and the graphic design (12.25" vertical repeat) features black, teal and chili (PANTONE 17-1446, 18-3918). It has two layers, and the top layer has a slightly dimpled surface texture, while the underlayer (a tweedy mix of the colors not really meant to be seen) is more flat. Use for any pattern calling for doubleknit or ponte: a sheath dress or knit skirt, cardigan jacket, tunic, etc. Dry clean or test first if you would like to try hand washing, and lay flat to dry.
