From the designer Carmen Marc Va1vo, this is a gorgeous silk blend jacquard weave fancy woven, a light weight and nearly opaque beauty with a crisp drape and a dressy sheen. The stripey, yarn-dyed design has an ombre effect and an 8.25" repeat. The weft fibers are garnet, metallic gold and silver (PANTONE 19-1650, 17-0929, 18-4105...ish), with black silk warp fibers that add depth and give the fabric a unifying underpinning. It is perfect for a dressy overshirt, jacket, dress, skirt, kimono, etc. Dry cleaning is best. 1.5 yds.
