NY designer 'ironic' tartan plaid scuba knit

This fabulous fabric comes from a NY designer and is a microfiber stretch doubleknit, better known as "scuba" or "neoprene". It has a smooth texture, body in the drape, and about 50% stretch in the width and length. The edgy, ironic tartan plaid print (4.75" x 5" repeat) mimics the look of a wool plaid, featuring "tweedy" shades of gray, red-clay, maize and off black (PANTONE 18-4105, 18-1435, 14-0935). Perfect for a sheath dress, fitted skirt or jacket, tunic, skinny pants, etc. Hand or machine wash (please test first) or dry clean.
