Italian earthtones patchy stripes boiled wool fleece

From Italy, this amazing boiled wool fleece is just right for a fabulous cozy cardigan, jacket, cocoon coat, etc. The textured, yarn-dyed patchy stripes design is quite fabulous (24" repeat)--- it's knitted in (not a print) and is seen as a flat weave on the reverse. Colors are various earthy shades of brown (PANTONE 19-0000, 14-1118, 19-0810, etc.). The fabric has a knit construction with about 10% stretch in the width, so it's very stable with body in the drape. It also has pretty, decorative selvages that can be used for edging, and a very fleecy, dimensional texture. Dry cleaning recommended.
