This is an exquisite Italian silk chiffon, very lightweight and sheer with a floaty drape and a very slight crepey texture. The print is a lovely border print in black on a royal blue background (PANTONE 18-4051 is close) that has a "hand-drawn" scallop design along both selvages. One scallop extends out 24.125" and the other 17.25". I've shown it draped as it comes off the roll, as well as turned to show how the design can be draped if you cut your garment across the grain. Equally drapey in both directions and equally saturated on both sides. Perfect for a scarf, blouse, tunic, dress, etc. Some styles will need lining or layering. Test first if you wish to hand wash, or dry clean.
