This is a wonderful quality Irish linen in a sophisticated blue-black (PANTONE 19-4010). It's medium weight with a more crisp linen-y drape, semi-opaque, best for a tailored jacket, skirt, suit. Some styles may need lining. Dry clean to preserve crispness, or machine wash, gentle and hang to dry to soften the texture. The fabric in real life is not so saturated--it has much more of a linen look.
