laser cut 'scuba' knit - cobalt 2 yd

Scuba knit, sometimes called "neoprene", is constructed for apparel rather than industrial use, and is similar to a ponte in weight. It is quite in vogue right now, and this laser cut version is just fabulous! It has a doubleknit construction with a smooth texture, more drapey than other scuba because of the cutouts, and it has about 20% stretch in the width, about 10% in the length. The color is cobalt blue (PANTONE 19-4150). Make a very cool top, tunic, dress or skirt, etc. (check out a couple of ideas shown below!). Some styles will need lining or layering.
