Tahari textured viscose blend woven - dusty blue 1.66 yds

This is a wonderful textured rayon blend woven from Tahari, a matelasse weave (textured front, smooth back) that is opaque with lovely drape and body. The color is a soft, dusty medium blue (PANTONE 17-4021 but a shade or two darker).
