French double scalloped floral design lace - navy 1.1 yds

From Corey Lynn C. and made in France, this is an exquisite cotton blend (mostly cotton!) double-scalloped floral lace with a cottony hand, photographed on white to show the design. So feminine and classic, and perfect for any project calling for a cotton lace. The color is a darker navy (PANTONE 19-4025). It's medium-light weight with lovely drape that has some body.
