It is nearly opaque with a soft drape and no stretch. The 'floral silhouette' design is printed in a high-contrast pairing of blue-leaning black and cream and has a vertical repeat of 22.75". To top it off, this fabric is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. Absolutely stunning!
