From designer deadstock and made in Italy, this is an easy breezy all-cotton ticking stripe gauze. It is semi-opaque, making it ideal for warmer weather and layering. It has a soft, dry hand, a soft drape and no stretch. The yarn-dyed ticking stripe design runs vertically with a pattern repeat just under 2". It looks the same on both sides and has a pretty little selvage with short fringe which could be used at the edge of a scarf, hem or pocket. Perfect for beach coverups, lined skirts and dresses, summer tops, lightweight scarf, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
