This featherweight workhorse is a wonderfully soft 100% cotton lawn. Lightweight and semi-opaque, it is stable in both directions with some cottony crispness in the floaty drape. The color is a stunning rosebloom pink. Cotton lawn really sings with sewn details such as tucks, pleats, and shirring. Make a shirt, blouse, tunic, dress, skirt, soft shawls, children's clothing, etc. If extra structure is needed for collars, cuffs, plackets and pockets, consider a lightweight fusible or sew-in interfacing. Hand washing is recommended with cool water, or you may machine wash on a delicate setting and hang or lay flat to dry. Please test first! Iron on low-medium setting on the reverse side of the fabric and store finished garments folded rather than hung.
