Italian all-wool windowpane chevron twill suiting

From designer deadstock, this is a classic and sophisticated all-wool chevron twill suiting, with a yarn dyed windowpane design (2.25" repeat). The twill changes direction in each square, almost like a herringbone weave. It is a suiting or jacket weight with a soft, smooth surface and some body in the drape. The windowpane pattern is woven in marsala, medium gray and caper on a gray-gold background (PANTONE 17-0613, 19-1540, 18-0000, 19-0515). Make a tailored jacket, suiting, skirt, slacks, sheath dress, cape, vest, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
