Italian 'pink Malibu' dotted bengaline stretch jacquard 1.125 yds

This fabulous yarn-dyed stretch bengaline jacquard suiting comes from Italian designer deadstock. It is a medium weight woven with about 20% LENGTHwise stretch, so you would lay your garment pieces across the grain. The quality is fantastic, and the woven-in "pink Malibu" dotted graphic (4.25" repeat) is perfectly on-trend! The spots are hot pink and white peach, and the background is a mottling of the two for an overall impression of a peony pink (PANTONE 18-2436, 14-1419, 15-1816). The white peach twisty yarn provides a slightly raised texture with a very subtle sheen, and distinguishes the hot pink spots which are a more flat weave with a matte finish. Opaque with body in the drape, yet still quite malleable.
