This is a wonderful Chanel-style boucle' tweed with a combination of matte black fibers and lustrous black "eyelash" ribbon. It is nearly opaque with fibers of varying thicknesses and textures woven in an intricate basketweave. It is a malleable suiting weight with body in the drape, suitable for jackets, suits, skirt, topper coat, etc. Line with charmeuse or Bemberg for an elegant and classic look.
