Here's another AMAZING cotton/spandex panel print imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is sublime, soft and substantial, with about 60% stretch in both directions. It is opaque and has a soft hand and drape with body. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The absolutely stunning digital panel print called "deco dandelion" features turquoise, aqua, green etc. (PANTONE 17-4540, 18-4043, 14-3904, 16-0224, etc.). One photo below shows the entire panel. Make a very special tee, top, tunic, skirt, dress, etc. Strategic placement of your pattern pieces can result in many unique garments, and remember that you can lay your garment in either direction because the stretch is about the same.
