Italian cotton/silk burnout floral check - black/white

This gorgeous burnout cotton/silk woven from Italy is lightweight and somewhat sheer with a lovely cottony drape that has a hint of crispness. The base fabric is a white gingham check burnout, over-printed with a pretty, stylized floral graphic in black, white and a bit of light taupey gray (PANTONE 12-5202). It is perfect for a blouse, shirt, top, tunic, overshirt, etc. Lining or layering may be needed for some projects. Pre-wash and dry using the same method that you will use for your finished garment--test first if you want hand-wash and hang to dry, or dry clean.
