Rebecca Tay1or high fashion viscose scuba - reversible

This is a beautiful, sophisticated and fashion forward Italian VISCOSE scuba/neoprene (!--not polyester, as are most scubas) from Rebecca Tay1or, with a black/gray stripey heather on one side and solid jet black on the other (PANTONE 17-4402, etc.). It has about 40% widthwise stretch and lengthwise. It is substantial in weight with a more firm drape, and is opaque and super modern! Make a trendy jacket, vest, topper coat, fitted skirt, etc. Please test first if you wish to machine wash, and hang to dry.
