Dutch Japanese pagoda knit 1.125 yds MINOR FLAW

I just imported a group of AMAZING cotton/lycra panel prints from The Netherlands, and they will knock your EmmaoneSocks off! First, the quality of the fabric is sublime, soft and substantial, with 30% stretch in both directions. It is opaque and has a luscious hand and drape. The digital panel prints are equally sublime, this one a Japanese pagoda and bridge scene in richly saturated tones of orange, red, amber, green, aqua, etc. (PANTONE 16-1054, 14-0244, 16-1459, 14-4522, etc.). Make a very special tee, top, tunic, skirt, dress, etc. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash warm, hang to dry. Please test first. VERY MINOR FLAW along the bottom cut edge--the fabric is slightly frayed effecting a very small area of the edge. 1.125 yds., or one full panel.
