This beauty from Italy is a wonderful stretch matelasse' brocade with a textured leather-look chevron pattern. It has about 30% widthwise stretch with perfect recovery, and is a medium weight suiting with body in the drape and a very malleable and buttery hand. The colors are various shades of brown: french roast, umber and bronze (PANTONE 18-1314, 19-1012, etc.) with a black backing. It is perfect for a tailored jacket, pencil skirt, fitted dress, evening coat, suit, stretch pants, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
