Italian all wool tweed stable doubleknit - grays 1.875 yds

This is an exquisite two-sided all-wool double sweater knit from Italy. It is a substantial medium weight with a tweedy mix of dark and light gray. On one side the knit stitches forms tiny "V"'s and on the reverse there's more of a tweedy ottoman effect. It is dense and although it has a bit of stretch (about 10% horiz. and 15% vert.) it is quite stable and doesn't fray. This fabric has a lot of body to the drape and is perfect for a fitted or simple-lined knit jacket or suit, cape, knit pencil skirt, unlined coat for fall, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
