NY designer pleated look novelty knit - purple 1.5 yds

This wonderful textured novelty 2-ply knit comes from a NY designer, and is actually a matelasse knit with horizontal pleat-like ridges on the right side (the reverse is a flat knit). The color is a deep, reddish purple (PANTONE 19-3323 is close), and with about 25% stretch in the width and length, it can be cut in either direction--a plus! It has a soft drape and is perfect for any number of either drapey or form-fitting tee, top or tunic styles, a cardigan or twin set, dress or skirt, etc. Quite versatile! Test first if you wish to hand or machine wash. Cold water, lay flat to dry. LAST PIECE, 1.5 yds.
