From a west coast designer, this is an absolutely beautiful Italian lightweight silk (almost like a habotai) with a floaty drape and an exquisite coloring. It is semi-sheer, with 1" wide horizontal stripes in black, white and smokey blue (PANTONE 14-4508). Dry clean, or test first if you want to try hand-washing.
