This is a great printed stretch cotton micro-twill (10% stretch in the width only) just in with a new shipment from French mills, excellent quality, with a pretty floral design that superimposes a black silhouette over a colorful floral design. Colors, besides black, include fern greens, rosey pink, white, etc. (PANTONE 18-5621, 17-1831, etc.).
