The fabric is waterproof and wind resistant, and the backing provides breathable protection. It is smooth and refined, and ONLY THIS ONE is a more substantial, winter weight rainwear, with some crispness to the drape. This one is a very sophisticated and understated black and silvery light gray (PANTONE 14-4002). This fabric was used to make outerwear that sell for thousands of dollars.
