From an unnamed designer, this is a stretch matelasse' knit with a puckery textured surface and a smooth backing, in well-saturated black. It is medium-light weight and opaque with a supple drape, and has 50% stretch in the width, 40% in the length. Make a fabulous fitted dress, top, tunic, skirt, etc. Test first for machine-washability or dry clean,
