Italian textured 2-py doubleknit - scroll work

Another extraordinary fabric, MUCH more wonderful in real life! From a NY designer, this is an Italian 2-ply textured doubleknit, textured on the face, and smooth on the back. The yarn-dyed design is an ornate scroll work with a 37" repeat. The colors are black and pale gray (PANTONE 14-4203). It has the weight and drape of a thick ponte or doubleknit, opaque with body in the drape, and about 20% stretch in the width only. Make a fabulous fitted dress, cardigan jacket, pencil skirt, suit, tunic, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
