From a NY designer, this is a stunning textured matelasse' brocade, a medium weight suiting with a more firm yet supple drape and a sophisticated evening look. The colors are black and sapphire blue (PANTONE 19-3950) and the design is woven in, not printed, with colors reversing on the opposite side.
