From The Netherlands, this fine linen/viscose knit is soft and drapey with a smooth surface texture that has a slub throughout. A slightly open knit with tiny stitches, it is semi-opaque with about 20% stretch in the width and 10% in the length. The color is a gorgeous chocolate plum (PANTONE 19-1012), a dark brown with a very slight raisin-y cast. It is also Oeko-Tex certified, assuring non-toxic chemicals and dyes. A wonderful choice for making tops, cardigans, pullovers, tunics, scarf, shawl, etc. Hand wash with cold water and lay flat to dry, blocking the fabric as you would with a sweater knit if needed.
