This matelasse' floral brocade from 0scar is absolutely exquisite!! Mostly silk with some poly in the white-ish flowers, this beauty features an oversized clipped weave (not a print) floral design in black and silvery white with an underweave that cleverly gathers the fabrics for a plisse' effect with tighter pleats and looser pleats alternating throughout.
