Italian fine textured cotton woven - black 2 yd

From Italy, this is a fine quality textured cotton woven. It is a shirting/dress weight that is nearly opaque with a cottony drape. The woven-in design features stripes of varying styles (5" repeat) which run horizontally across the fabric, creating a tone-on-tone texture and pattern. The color is classic black. It has a slight VERTICAL stretch so you can lay your garment pieces across the grain, so that the stripes run vertically and the slight stretch runs horizontally. Perfect for an overshirt, tunic, button-down, lined skirt or dress, summer pants, etc. Dry clean, or test first if you wish to hand or machine wash and hang to dry. 2 yds.
