From French designer deadstock, this stunning novelty weave boucle' features an intricate basketweave with just a twinkle of metallic threads. It is a heavier suiting weight with a soft hand and lovely drape with body. It is opaque and the colors are indigo, walnut, winter white, metallic copper, dijon and smoke gray (PANTONE 19-4118, 18-1112, 16-0952, etc.). There is no elastic content, but this fabric has a bit of give in the length, so your garment pieces could be layed out lengthwise or widthwise. It can also be fringed in either direction, making it perfect for a French Chanel-style jacket, suit, skirt, etc. Sophisticated and stunning! Dry cleaning recommended.
